The service was excellent  Scott the plumber did an excellent job was fast and everything was clean when he finished ,this is the second time polyp has done work at my house,  first was a service line replacement, this was a toilet issue. What happens if I don’t use all $400 this year?

Unused credit does not carry over, so we recommend booking your included service early in the year. We’ll remind you.

Can I use the 10% discount on big jobs too?

Yes — members save 10% on all additional work, whether it’s a faucet replacement or a full re-pipe.

What types of services are included in the $400 credit?

Most general services are covered, including leak fixes, fixture swaps, water heater checks, backflow testing, drain inspections, and well pump diagnostics. Materials and major installs are billed separately.
