Licensing and scope

Plumber (306A) is a compulsory trade in Ontario regulated by Skilled Trades Ontario. Poly-B’s owner holds Red Seal journeyman certification, is licensed for plumbing, wells, septic and backflow prevention, and carries up to $5 million in liability insurance. Poly-B does not do gas or propane work; fuel-fired appliances are TSSA-regulated and referred to a licensed gas technician.
